The gel dispensers were empty, and a motor-like noise repeated every 2 minutes kept us awake all night.

The service was great, but I missed having some fruit like in other hotels: melon, watermelon, pineapple.

The hotel doesn’t deserve a 4‑star rating; it’s not clean, the furniture is very shabby, and they charged 20 euros for a small dog for one night even though Booking states there are no pet fees. The front desk staff didn’t speak French, making communication difficult, and we were very disappointed.
