The building is on the fourth floor without an elevator, and when we arrived there was not even a bottle of water, no air‑conditioning, and the room cleaning did not include a change of towels. I do not recommend it!

“Ottima posizione, ma scarso comfort e servizi minimi”

The main advantage of this B&B is its location: about 7/8 minutes on foot from the city centre, which makes moving around very convenient. However, the overall experience fell short because of several shortcomings. When we arrived, the room smelled unpleasant; despite the no‑smoking rule, a strong lingering smoke odor was present. The room’s general comfort was limited. In the bathroom there were no towel or bathrobe hooks at all. The balcony was not set up for comfortable use; the space was only useful for hanging towels. Basic services were also lacking. The fridge in the room was completely empty, where we had hoped for at least a welcome bottle of water. There was no coffee machine. The included breakfast, accessed via a ticket, was very limited, offering only a choice between coffee/cappuccino and a croissant. Overall, the stay did not meet our comfort expectations.
