“Per total a fost bine!”

The location is very good, parking isn’t in front but about 100 m in a courtyard near a school. The room was spacious, I liked the small gym, though it’s just okay, the spa area is fine. The bathroom is quite narrow, especially the shower and toilet area, you can’t really fit. Supplies were insufficient, like toilet paper left by previous guests. The four stars feel a bit dim, it needs renovation.

“Borzasztó”

I don’t understand how this can be a four‑star hotel; it’s more like a two‑star place. It was awful, a huge disappointment. In the room you have to pay for a lot of things, even for air. We went out for dinner, the waiter said the salad and dessert were free. We ate, then the next morning a €30 bill appeared on our table. I asked why, he said it was free, but the amount stayed. So we spent about 11 000 HUF on shredded carrots, small tomatoes, and cabbage. Shockingly, when checking out the final total was wrong; I pointed out an extra item. The receptionist admitted it and wrote the amount with a pen. There are plenty of good accommodations nearby; I’d advise against booking here, or if you’re stuck like I was (because it was that bad), bring extra cash. The wellness is only open from 3 pm, so if it rains and you expect to use it, don’t count on it. The mini‑fridge in the room didn’t work, I tried to fix it but nothing happened. There was only half a roll of toilet paper for two people, the free wellness wasn’t truly free, etc. This place isn’t four‑star at all.

The stay was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the reception (I can’t remember her name). We asked for a free room upgrade and received it, which we were very happy about.

Awesome, the bed is comfortable, the balcony is huge, it’s quiet at night, and there’s free parking just two minutes away. The sauna and the pool, which turned out not to be small, let me swim. The sauna is included in the stay. Breakfast desserts come from a nearby patisserie. One day wasn’t enough. In 40‑50 minutes you reach amazing Dolomites locations. In 8 minutes by car you reach Allegue.
