Breakfast was not available during our stay, but the food at Jacks was very good, thanks to all the young staff, especially Leo. No dislikes.

Lovely park and location. Booking . Com sold the unit as jacuzzi and sauna but no sauna! Very disappointed and was told it happens alot through the page of bokking.com

The accommodation was clean, welcoming, and a perfect base for a few days in a beautiful area with lots of wildlife. I enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi bath. As a self‑catering property, I was disappointed by the lack of kitchen equipment – no toaster, only a basic grater, and just one wine glass. I didn’t appreciate that there was no Wi‑Fi on the premises; I had to use my phone’s hotspot, which was spotty.

The place was quiet, lovely, and clean, but the pod felt cramped and the sofa was so low that we couldn't sit on it; a sofa bed would have been preferable to the bunk bed and sofa combo. The kitchen cupboard collapsed, the 2‑ring electric hob was right next to the sink, and there was nowhere to store groceries or food. The table was too large for the room and kept tripping over legs. The shower lacked a vent, so you had to mop the floor afterward like in the toilet. The owners seemed indifferent to fixing the cupboards, despite being warned many times that they were dangerous.
