“Uma dos melhores hostels que já conheci <3”

The hostel is gorgeous (I loved the vintage elevator), has comfortable and charming accommodations, and the staff are very kind and helpful (they assisted with small hassles). Overall, the hostel vibe is wonderful. The view from my room was beautiful toward the city gate, and the hostel rooftop offers a privileged view of part of the city. I would return a thousand times <3 I left with friends from all over the world <3. The Wi‑Fi doesn’t work very well in the rooms, and my room had six female beds and only one bathroom (which, although unique, is huge and great), which isn’t very convenient logistically. I also suggest having another mirror besides the one in the bathroom so that girls can get dressed or apply makeup without using the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helped me with everything. The rooftop was beautiful, the sunset views were great, and the party there was fantastic, plus the location was amazing, close to everything. The bathroom in the first room we stayed in was awful; the door didn’t close, neither did the shower or the bathroom itself. We asked for adjustments and they only moved us to another room on our third day. In the next room the bathroom door worked, but the room was delivered 100% dirty; we complained and they only cleaned it the following day. They only provided towels and bed sheets after we complained.

“Fue buena en general”

We liked it; the common area was fun. In the room, one of the two air conditioners wasn’t working.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the main tourist spots in the old town. Markets, restaurants, ice‑cream shops, and stores are all around. We did everything on foot. The reception was super attentive and welcoming.

The location is great. The coffee was never available, and the towels could be better.
