The location was fantastic, and the host was very friendly and informative. Everything was superb; if I were picky, I’d mention the bathroom could use a blind.

Emanuel, the host, was extremely friendly and the historical property was amazing with well finished interiors, plus a fabulous locally produced breakfast.

The breakfast was “französisch” – delicious cheese, homemade jam, fruit, and yogurt. The landlord is a treasure, always eager to answer our questions and we had many pleasant conversations. The location right in the old town was unbeatable. Driving was an experience; the streets are very narrow and large vehicles might damage their rims. We were given a secured parking spot for 10 Euro per day – great. Nothing negative – we didn’t give the full 10 points simply because our idea of a renovated old‑town accommodation differed; this was a new experience.
