I loved the service, the location and the room – everything was top‑class, and I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like.

The staff were friendly, but the place feels very old and needs a makeover; the reception only stayed open until 8 pm, the nights were noisy and I didn’t feel safe because it seemed anyone could get in, there were no towels, the shower was broken and toiletries were missing.
