“One of the best Stays we've ever had”

Leonardo, the manager, is one of the kindest people we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make everything possible that we asked for or wished for. Whether it was letting us leave our luggage at the reception early or arranging an early check-in, he was always incredibly helpful and accommodating. He also gave us great tips on when and where to go, which helped us make the most of our stay. His frog night walk is truly one of a kind. We saw many different species, and Leonardo told us so much about all the animals we encountered—not just the frogs. It was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was always delicious. You can choose between a typical Costa Rican breakfast and pancakes, and everything was freshly prepared to order. Leonardo also made an effort to vary the fruits served alongside, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Everything worked perfectly, and housekeeping was always available when needed. The pool was also nice and clean. When we had a medical emergency during our stay, Leonardo went far beyond what we could have expected. He offered us his help, support, and complete flexibility and made a difficult situation much easier for us. Overall, we can hardly imagine having had a better stay in La Fortuna. Leonardo's kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help truly made our stay special. We would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!. Nothing

The place sits in a great spot, stays spotless, the pool is lovely, and the staff are super friendly. It does feel a little dim and has that motel‑style vibe.

“Bonito jardín de ranas”

The apartment offers two living areas: one bedroom and an open‑plan space with two more rooms leading to the living room and kitchen. The surroundings are beautiful, featuring a lovely garden that opens onto a river and a heated pool. The staff were very kind, and Leonardo gave us a tour of the wonderful frog garden where we saw many species, including the blue‑jeans, red‑eyed, bullfrog, glass frog, mask frog, and coral frog. They also provide a daytime laundry service.
