“Great value for money.”

The staff were great, kind, and considerate. I was supposed to check out at 12 pm but stayed an extra four hours at no extra cost—a rare kindness I truly appreciate. The food is also excellent.

“Nice location and well-coordinated and helpful member of staff”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, as I loved the staff but had some issues with one particular team member. The hotel's location was also a major plus, making it easy to get around. However, I was slightly disappointed with certain aspects of the location. Overall, the friendly and helpful staff made up for some of the drawbacks.

“I did not stay as I had to move to a better hotel immediately”

I was thoroughly disappointed when I discovered that the hotel's advertised rate and room description didn't match the reality upon my arrival. The booking was cancelled due to this discrepancy, which I believe constitutes false advertising. Despite the initial issue, I didn't experience any other problems during my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff were incredibly professional and hardworking, which really made a positive impression on me. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, particularly in the bathroom where the shower was not functioning properly and didn't provide a steady flow of water. Despite the great service, the hotel's upkeep left much to be desired.
