The place, ambiance, staff and foods were delicious, but some items such as the shower were damaged. It would have been more comfortable if there had been a fan in the room, as the air‑conditioning was not that cold.

“Room AC was hot, and the bed sheets were not properly washed since I noticed dirt on them. There was also one staff memb”

The place is pet‑friendly, but the AC in the room didn’t work right, so it got too hot for five people, especially at night.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and I felt comfortable.

We thought the pool was included because no extra fee was mentioned, yet the internet in the room was sluggish—even mobile data lagged. The room sat outside the main resort, forcing us to cross a public highway to get in and out. The price was higher than other Oslob spots we’d stayed at, so our expectations were higher, but it fell short, and we ultimately cancelled.
