The room was spacious, comfortable, and close to the city centre, though there was always a bit of extra noise from the location, which is understandable. The breakfast area was cramped.

“Pésima experiencia”

Nothing positive. The accommodation had dust mite problems; during our stay we suffered allergies from dust and a bad smell due to poor ventilation and cleaning. When we reported this to the host and asked for a refund of one night, they refused to give us any money back, even after we explained what happened clearly. We do not recommend it.

Location was fine. The facilities were poorly maintained, the floors were in bad condition, and breakfast was subpar.

“Great place to stay in the middle of the beautiful city of Cuenca.”

Very close to attractions in the historic centre. The place was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. No negatives.
