Getting the room key and secure parking was straightforward, but at checkout using the key to open the exit gate required reaching back to drop the key in a box before leaving, which was awkward; placing it directly in front of the keypad would be much better.

Good staff. Well maintained facilities. We didn’t get the room we booked - as a family of 4 we were squeezed into a smaller room and it poorly impacted our whole trip. It was an issue between the hotel and , both blamed each other, and we ultimately paid the price. To be fair the on duty manager did his best to support us, even though he couldn’t provide the room we needed

The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants, and a nice walking path was nearby. The décor felt somewhat dated, and the hallway carpets were worn and dirty in places. My room had a bad smell near the chaise, so I had to keep the window open.

Outside in good condition. Didn’t provide 2 beds has reservations specifically were made and paid for on booking Site. Toilet tank didn’t fill up , was looked at by engineers, and still was not working properly
