Abdul Hakeem is a kind, warm-hearted person who picked us up in our 2WD and instantly made us feel welcome. He even did a bit of dune bashing for us on the way, which was a lot of fun. The sunset and stargazing were a dream, and having the whole camp just for us made it even more special. We enjoyed delicious dates from his garden, and his wife brewed the best tea. This was unforgettable, and we’d definitely return without hesitation.

The host was very kind, welcoming, and friendly, ensuring I felt comfortable at his camp. I liked that there are two camps and the tents are set up traditionally—two sleeping tents and two hang‑out tents plus a small kitchen—giving authentic vibes. The dinner was large and tasty, and the tea breaks, desert sunset, and karak were perfect together.

“Exceptional Hospitality and a Perfectly Peaceful Desert Stay”

The owner, Abdul Hakim, was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm-hearted. Even after I had checked out and left the camp, he kept helping me via WhatsApp—patiently showing me where the wadi was and helping me find my lost car key. His dedication to guests goes far beyond what one would normally expect. The camp itself is ideally located, just a short walk from the desert hills, making it perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. I enjoyed a peaceful, almost dreamlike night surrounded by silence and vast dunes. Despite the remote setting, mobile phone was available on the dunes, which added a reassuring sense of comfort. An outstanding experience, thanks both to the location and to Abdul Hakim’s remarkable hospitality.

“Świetne miejsce z opiekuńczym gospodarzem”

Great contact with the host. He could either pick you up or guide you through the desert to the camp if you’re driving your own car. We had a Kia Sportage and it handled everything calmly :) On arrival, a well‑prepared tent was waiting (I didn’t notice the description saying there were no towels). Extra blankets were also provided. The owner himself is a very friendly person, and we remember him fondly; we felt well taken care of. The dinner we purchased was delicious and we got it for breakfast 😅 Overall, we had an unforgettable New Year’s Eve there!

Unforgettable Desert Experience! Our stay in the desert was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The Highlights: • Sandbashing: The host took us out in his car for some sandbashing—it was an adrenaline rush just like a rollercoaster! • Sunset Picnic: He organized a picnic on top of a dune at sunset. Watching the colors change over the desert was an unforgettable experience. • Camel Trek: On the second day, we went for a camel ride, which was perfectly organized and a great way to see more of the landscape. The Accommodation: The campsite is intimate and well-equipped with 2 tents and 2 toilets, plus a fun swing to relax on. We had everything we needed. Even though it gets cold in the desert at night, we stayed perfectly warm because the host provided very thick, cozy blankets. There is even a spot to have a BBQ if you want to cook your own dinner! The Food: We ordered the breakfast, and it was fantastic—local, plentiful, and delicious. It gave us the perfect start to our day. Overall: I highly recommend this place and this host. If you want an authentic and exciting desert adventure, this is the perfect choice!
