Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster

The bed was excellent, but the room was too small and cramped for two people. The location was good and made it easy to reach everything around Lancaster. The carpet was subpar, and there wasn’t enough closet space or drawers.

I was thrilled with my visit; the hotel’s lush gardens were stunning, the meals were delicious, and the front desk greeted me warmly. My room was spotless and cozy, and I’ll definitely return when I’m back in the area. Nothing to add.

“Disappointed in hilton.”

The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was just okay, and the breakfast didn’t justify its cost.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but the pool and spa were shut down for renovations, which was disappointing. The price remained unchanged. It would help to better advertise that the pool, spa, and fitness room are closed due to renovations.

The pool and hot tub were out of order, and there was no complimentary breakfast.
