It was roomy and cheap, but a lot of stuff needs fixing.

The spot couldn't be better – right in the heart of Shenzhen, steps from the metro, surrounded by plenty of eateries and the KKone shopping centre right nearby.

The hotel's location is fantastic, but the front desk wasn't around at 6:30 am when I needed a bottle of water, and the TV remote is practically unusable unless you can read Mandarin.
