The staff were friendly, the room was tidy and clean, the kitchen well‑equipped, and the area was quiet. It’s a long walk from the railway station, though.

The property was excellent overall. The reception lady was professional, kind, friendly, and always willing to help. My room was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including a kitchen and bathroom. I liked that the place felt more like home than a hotel, giving us freedom to cook and feel comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. A small paper with important information, including the Wi‑Fi password, was handed to me; the Wi‑Fi was fast and free, which was very helpful. During my stay I sometimes forgot my room number or other details, but that paper kept me on track. I wish I had stayed here during my first visit to Borlänge; this was my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this place next time. The only suggestions are that the check‑in time is late, from 5 PM to 8 PM. I arrived around 3 PM and had to wait outside until 5 PM; after a flight it would be better to enter and relax sooner. An online/self‑check‑in option, like a door code or a secure key box, would help guests arriving before 5 PM. Also, bed sheets and towels must be rented separately. Apart from those two points, I have nothing negative to say.

We could store the bicycles nicely, and there was a comfortable seating spot in the kitchen.
