All the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful, the building feels a bit old but everything else was perfect.

Even though the hotel is old, the facilities are pretty good, the space is quiet, and it's suitable for a retreat, but if they renovated it, it would attract more guests.

The pool and view were nice and the beds were comfortable, but there was no lift so we had to haul our luggage up three flights of stairs ourselves, which was just inconvenient.

The room air‑conditioner didn’t cool well, the staff struggled to communicate, and they couldn’t give extra info to make the tour more memorable; I expected local activity itineraries and recommendations.
