I fell in love with this place! The setting is gorgeous, with an unbeatable view of the karsts and rice paddies from my room; after the noise of Hanoi, it’s a peaceful haven amid nature. The hotel is very well designed and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet is generous, varied, and truly delicious. The only drawback is that there aren’t many lounge chairs around the pool, but honestly, there’s nothing else to criticize—highly recommend!

“Great service and staff. Good location. Not a luxury hotel.”

This veteran hotel in Tam Coc is in a good spot. The staff are all very helpful and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Breakfast is simple but pleasant. The rooms feel a bit worn and could use a renovation, but the air conditioning worked well even in the hot weather.

Amazing value for money — a perfect stay We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ninh Binh Hidden Charm Hotel. The value for money was amazing. The hotel was comfortable, beautifully presented and had everything we needed. The pool was sensational — a perfect place to relax after a day exploring Ninh Binh. The staff were equally impressive. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. From the facilities to the service and overall atmosphere, it was simply a perfect stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hidden Charm to anyone visiting Ninh Binh. Five stars from us. Pool and staff

The location was excellent, the hotel charming, the gym and pool available, the room spacious, the bed comfortable, and the view lovely. We arrived after a rough drive from Sa Pa, in complete darkness and heavy rain, and were met with unfriendly faces; it was important to note that the reusable laundry bag could not be taken with us. We ate dinner in the hotel but the salad we ordered was omitted from the bill, though it was still charged. Once the room was left uncleaned, and the gym needed cleaning; the mattresses there were sagging and crumbling. Breakfast was pleasant. The shower water pressure was awful.
