There weren’t many guests, it was quiet, the view was great, perfect for travelers who want a calm, comfortable setting with a wide view. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was distinctive. The guest flow was handled well, adding to comfort. The toilet in the room was a bit low… but it wasn’t a big issue.

The location is outstanding, the view from our room (304) is breathtaking, the bed is very comfortable, the front desk and restaurant staff are smiling, attentive, and charming, the restaurant cuisine is high quality, the baths are pleasant and clean. We liked being able to use all the hotel’s spaces, including the restaurant, in our loungewear. The rooftop bar food isn’t up to par; the dishes should be simplified but improved in flavor, and portions are minimal.

The view, the quietness, the cafe desserts were tasty; the front desk staff and the service during meals were good. A large spider was in the room near the window. It was raining when we arrived, but we wanted a hand with our umbrella; the staff stood at the entrance staring at us. I tried to get an umbrella once, but no one came. The greeting was flat and disappointing.
