IC Hotels Green Palace - Kids Concept

The pools, lobby bar seating, and beach area are all great, and there’s plenty for kids when you’re there. The food is good. The rooms are clean but getting a bit dated, lack walk‑in showers, and some have only a small balcony with a single chair.

The Hammam and Massage were exceptional, especially Yunus the massage therapist and Mehmet the coordinator. The kids' club was also great, attentive and flexible. The bar staff and, in general, the waiters and cleaning crew were all friendly and accommodating. They didn’t speak much English, but they translated and explained as best they could. One downside is the abundance of plastic water bottles; it would be better to offer other drinking water options.

The surroundings are beautiful and well maintained, the food is tasty, the water park is good, and the cocktails are of high quality. The rooms feel older.

The hotel is clean and very nice. The staff are wonderful and helpful with everything, even sending messages if something is missing or if you want something. The rooms are spacious, food is abundant, tasty, and varied. The hotel suits families and couples alike. I visit Antalya often and this hotel is one of the best; I highly recommend it and will definitely return. The location is good but a bit far from the center (just a few minutes).
