“Séjour de travail agréable à Split”

The apartment was very well situated on the edge of the old town of Split, in a quiet area away from the summer crowds, right next to Diocletian’s Palace. Check‑in was remote with a key box, which was very convenient. The bedroom space was small with two tiny beds, perfect for two colleagues like us working at the archaeological museum. The large kitchen led into the bathroom. The indirect lighting was good. The décor was minimal and the furniture was Spartan but sufficient for our needs, and the Wi‑Fi and air‑conditioning worked well. A small supermarket and luggage storage were right nearby, as was a very good restaurant (Sug). The apartment was dark, on the ground floor, and the only high window was in the bathroom, giving the impression of living in a cave. The entrance was a bit odd, going into the room, and the two beds offered just adequate comfort. It was necessary to lock the front door because the key was jammed, and the shower doors were quite temperamental.

The location is great, right near everything, but you have to be careful because you can get mixed up when you arrive—just read the instructions first. It’s close to the river and the historic centre, very comfortable and clean, and the owner treated me super well.
