The staff were super attentive all the time. The room is very comfortable and nice. The place is super central. I never managed to get hot water in the shower.

The spot is spot on, and everything else was fine.

The room is huge, the bathroom is huge too, and it’s super comfy. The terrace is also spectacular. It’s less than 10 blocks from the terminal and close to the city center, so the location works well, and with a bit of effort you can walk to the prettiest part of town.

Respectfully, I didn’t like the hotel at all; even though I had already paid, I had to leave and book another place. I didn’t like that the bathrooms were shared with another room, the room had no TV, the hotel was too cramped, the lighting was poor, there was no one to talk to about reservations, the reception had no staff, and if you arrive early no one would open the door until you checked in, etc., etc., etc.

The location and the spaciousness of the room were good. Starting with the cleaning, the room was never cleaned. We didn’t see any receptionist, only replies via WhatsApp, dirty sheets, a lot of ambient noise, one window was broken letting in mosquitoes, the bathroom was poorly lit with low water pressure, and we found bat bugs in the room. We never used the terrace or the kitchen, and there was no kettle.
