The place is well situated, yet I couldn’t use the pool.

The bathroom was dirty – the floor was covered in hair and the pipes rattled all night. The bed was comfortable, but I was very disappointed. I had to wipe down the floor before I could even use the bathroom, so the cleaning staff must have forgotten that task.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

We appreciated the remodel—it was nice, clean, and comfortable. In room 233 we kept hearing a strange sound coming from the wall beside the TV, even though the TV was off or muted, and there was no other room on that side of the wall. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Even with the handrails, I almost slipped in the shower because the tub bottom was unsafe.
