The staff were attentive, the food was excellent, and the campsite’s dune setting was right there. The downside is that transport to the campsite isn’t included, is expensive, and you only find out about it a few days before arrival.

“Sahara relaxing stay”

This desert camp was the highlight of our trip – and it's all about the atmosphere. Everything moves at a slow, relaxing pace, which is just what you need when you're in the middle of nowhere. Sitting on the sand with a cup of mint tea while watching the sunset was a moment I'll never forget, and the night music and drums added to the magic. It's the perfect place to unwind and feel alive.

“A bad surprise”

I was really looking forward to staying at this desert camp, but things started to go downhill from the moment I booked. Despite asking for information on how to get there a couple of weeks in advance, I received no response. When I pressed for an answer, I was told they'd send me details on the day of our arrival – but what they didn't tell me was that it would cost an arm and a leg to get there. I was furious when I found out, and I cancelled my reservation on the spot.
