The staff were very cheerful, but the stairs had no rails.

The price and location were good, but the cleaning staff, the smell, and the facilities were very bad.

The location was fine, right in the middle of downtown and close to the sea. The room was old and dirty; the blanket had a big stain that seemed never washed, the bathroom looked terrible, was old and smelled. I stayed only one night to make the trip to Siwa easier and will never return.

The place was quiet and clean, the location was close to everything, and the staff were friendly. The water was shut off in the morning, but I came back shortly after.
