I was pleased to find the hotel right by the sea front and the staff were lovely, especially when they showed me how the hot water flush worked on the toilet; the fridge in the bedroom was handy. However, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable, the bedroom would benefit from curtains or a blackout blind, the aerial to the TV was poor and the TV screen had scratches all over it, and the shower head needed a good clean because limescale build‑up made the water spray in all directions.

The location was great for all attractions, just off the promenade and close to the Pleasure Beach, and it offered excellent value for money during the busy airshow weekend; the staff were friendly and helpful, it was quiet at night, and I highly recommend this budget hotel in Blackpool.

I spotted this place right off the promenade, close to Pleasure Beach, and it turned out to be a solid budget option during the airshow weekend—great value, friendly staff, and the night was quiet. I’d definitely recommend it.

Great location. We booked a room for 4 people, was not even enough room to move, room should sleep 2 max. Room was very hot and had a smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. The kettle was broke, unbeknown if it wasn’t turned off at the plug it would continue to boil making the kettle spill water out from the handle which was dangerously hot

“Will be returning”

The location was fine, but the bed was awful—half of it was broken and dipped, making it uncomfortable, and the springs were sticking out.
