The room was very clean and parking was available. The refrigerator was broken, and I didn’t find out until the next morning when I pulled my breakfast and lunch and they were ruined.

The location is good for the university. Street activity is questionable.

The whole setup was very clean, and the motel’s recent refurbishment was impressive. The room was spotless and quiet even though it sits on a busy road. I’d book again. The only downside is the location on a busy street opposite apartment buildings, but it was still very comfortable.

The hotel is clean, well‑run, and the staff are friendly, and it’s easy to find in Eugene. However, the air conditioner is louder than we’d like even on the lowest setting, the bed isn’t firm enough, and street traffic noise is noticeable because it’s on a busy street, so the previous reviews didn’t fully reflect the reality and we couldn’t get the restful sleep we needed after a long drive.

We booked last minute and they were very accommodating. I'm sorry I forget who helped us at the front desk but he was kind and helpful. We had a plane to catch the next morning after 2 weeks of camping and I am so thankful we were upgraded at no extra charge to a room that had an attached separate bedroom so my kids could sleep while my husband and I got all of our bags packed. The neighborhood didn't seem like the greatest but I felt very safe on their property getting luggage in and out of our car at night while packing. I always look for hotels that have a high cleanliness score and they did not disappoint, both the bathroom and bedrooms were as clean as hotels can be. For a quick in and out hotel in Eugene this was absolutely perfect
