“مخيبة للأمل”

There were odors in the unmaintained water closet, and the excessive use of disinfectants and air fresheners caused additional unpleasant smells; the apartment wasn’t changed even though they said it was a general issue, so I had to leave the next day. The lounge chairs were uncomfortable and the furniture was somewhat old.

The location is fine, but the room was terribly bad—right next to the reception at the entrance, with staff voices and residents’ noises loud, and the glass didn’t block street car sounds. I expected the receptionist to give me a better room when she saw I booked through Booking, but she said that was the only available one and that I could book another room later if I wanted.
