“Somewhat satisfactory”

The room was large, clean, and tidy, and the reception staff were helpful. The breakfast choices were limited, and the staff were inattentive; if a dish ran out it wasn’t replaced, and the attendants didn’t speak English. The shower and bath in the room needed attention—the bath leaked and the shower didn’t drain properly. Overall, the hotel needs more care.

The hotel’s location is excellent in the city centre. However, the room’s equipment feels a bit dated, and some of the plugs don’t work well.

Breakfast was decent and the staff tried hard, yet most of them didn’t speak English, a few did, the hotel and rooms felt a bit outdated, and the bed sheets were very rough.

The room was very spacious. They should offer more Western breakfast options at the buffet.
