The location near Pile Gate was great, but the check‑in process was unusual, though they did accommodate us.

The location was 10/10. Literally at the bottom of the city walls entrance and only a few minutes walk from the Pile Gate where you get off the bus from the ferry. No dragging suitcases all through town!
