The civic B&B 28 is flawless! It’s in the center, so everything is within walking distance, even the beach (the owner also pointed out a beach club with a discount). They gave us a breakfast coupon for the nearby bar and provided a fridge with water and even beach towels! The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. If you’re in Pescara, this place is a must‑consider. I recommend it. Nothing else to say.

I would say everything, especially Sabrina, a real hostess with her friendliness and kindness, guided us throughout the stay, made us feel at home, and offered breakfast, saved us on the rental of the beds, and let us extend the checkout without any extra fee. Thanks for everything; we will definitely return. Absolutely nothing to add.
