The manager handled a booking mix‑up with professionalism and kindness (the booking system allowed two adults and an 11‑year‑old child to select a double room, which actually needed a triple because there were no two queen‑size beds), the breakfast was good, the hotel is just 15 minutes on foot from the centre, and the rooms were attractive and clean.

1. The location is very close to town. 2. The room was large and comfortable for our three people. 3. The hotel arranged daily cleaning for us—thanks. 4. Breakfast was standard style. 5. Dinner ordered from the restaurant was nice and offered good value. 6. The staff were helpful and always smiled, making us feel comfortable during our stay. 7. The only downside was weather—haze was happening during that period.
