I loved everything, especially the adults‑only zones, and it was reassuring that the kids were supervised. The food could use a boost in quality; it wasn’t bad but could improve, particularly at the Japanese restaurant where a single chef can’t manage both grills. Another issue there was that when asked about allergies, some guests said they didn’t like shrimp, not that they were allergic, yet the shrimp were removed from the menu. The menu should stay as is instead of altering dishes for preferences, which can upset other diners.

“Relax total y mucha alberca !!”

The meals were decent overall, and the location was fantastic even during the rain I experienced. Everything else was fine. The bathroom layout felt a bit awkward; the toilet behind the door wasn’t to my liking, and a better design would have helped.

The venue’s design offers great activities, and the pools are very comfortable.
