Urgoo hotel

The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping, and the Mongolian staff member Nara could speak Japanese and helped me a lot, thank you. I’d definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Mongolia, and they even arranged a shuttle back to Japan. The bathtub was a nice touch for relaxing. Arriving late at night was a little confusing because the lights weren’t bright, and the entrance is the far‑left door of the building; the ground floor has a few eateries, with a Yoshinoya just to the left of the entrance.

The bed and location are good, and everything else is fine.

“Great value for the money”

I found the hotel in a central spot, the room was spacious and fully equipped. The staff were friendly, even arranged a 2 am airport shuttle and the driver was nice. The interior feels a little outdated.

“A little hotel right next to the square in UB. Convenient for shopping and walking distance to restaurants”

The hotel sits right next to the square in the middle of UB, so the airport bus is just a five‑minute walk from the terminus. There's a small restaurant inside but a row of eateries lines the street next door. Sheets and towels were clean. The place looks a bit run down, but you get what you pay for.
