“Magnifique séjour chez Mary”

Mary is an excellent host, the room was spacious and comfortable, and Mary’s dog was a great companion! The accommodation is very well situated, just minutes from the train station and city centre. Thank you very much, Mary, for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Carranross House. The room we booked for three people was very spacious and comfortable. Even though we booked room‑only accommodation, we could use the shared kitchenette, which had a microwave, fridge, egg boiler, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a large table, making it convenient to prepare our own breakfast and warm up dinner. Another great advantage was the location, with grocery stores just across the street and the centre within walking distance. We came to Killarney for a sporting event, and it was extremely helpful that we could dry our clothes in the backyard after our activities. Mary was a fantastic host and very accommodating to all our needs throughout our stay. Her friendliness made us feel welcome and at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others visiting Killarney.

A quiet spot, yet close to the city centre, and driving around is a breeze. The kitchen equipment, however, was lacking.
