“Never again.”

The location wasn’t terrible. It wasn’t clean, people blasted music at stupid o’clock in the morning, and people were smoking drugs outside the property.

The hotel offered good value for the price and the staff were helpful.

“I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody it was cold no hot water to get washed my room was cold and shabby”

Nothing positive. It smelled like a mix of damp and cabbage, there was no heating, and no hot water.

“Do yourself a favour, the street would be cleaner”

Nothing positive. The room had not been cleaned at all from the previous guest, and the man reluctantly offered us another room that was just the same, untouched from the previous guest. He was not apologetic at all; I would have been ashamed to give a guest a key to rooms like that. We were told to return in an hour, so we went to eat. As soon as we sat down, he called to demand where we were because our room was ready and he had somewhere else to be. He had the nerve to say I was rude. Needless to say I have never had such a horrible experience and been treated so badly.

“Loved it”

Got to the hotel and they handed me a free upgrade; the owner was lovely and I’d definitely come back. The only gripe is that there’s no shelf in the shower, so you have to keep bending to grab your shower gear.
