The lobby felt elegant and welcoming, with complimentary fruit, tea, and snacks that were a thoughtful touch after a long journey; check‑in was quick and efficient, and the staff were warm, polite, and professional, patiently explaining hotel services and nearby attractions while the concierge even helped with luggage, which made the experience even better; the room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and good soundproofing for a great night’s sleep; the smart features were easy to use, and the bathroom was clean with a separate shower area and quality amenities; the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices; afternoon tea and the late‑night noodle service were especially impressive; additional services like free laundry, ironing, and parking added great value; overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel truly at home; this hotel is perfect for both business and leisure stays, offering excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Guangzhou and highly recommend it to others.
