The floors were sticky, the bathroom was filthy, the sheets and pillows had stains, and the non‑smoking room had such a strong cigarette smell that it burned my eyes; I never felt safe during my short stay.

The staff were very accommodating and courteous, but the place wasn’t as clean as I had expected.

“Filthy. Extremely run down.”

Roaches were in the room, the lights wouldn’t turn on in the morning, the stairs were littered with garbage, and there were used socks in the hallway that the manager walked past and left there; they were still there when I checked out. The entire building was filthy and probably a health risk.

“I would make sure that the up keep was better the appliances were broken the furniture look bad.”

There was no breakfast. The rooms had roaches, the key fob stopped working, and drug activity went on all night with people coming in and out; the hallways were unprotected and there was no night staff. We brought our own sheets, pillows, and towels and cleaned the room before we stayed.

“No communication and hold confirmed reservations that they could not uphold.”

I never got into a room. The room was booked and confirmed, but when we arrived they said they had no rooms left and told us we’d have to find another hotel.
