“Из плюсов: удобное расположение — рядом метро и продуктовый магазин. Кровать удобная, полотенца хорошие. Из минусов: в”

Good bed, bedding. There was no toilet seat, poor soundproofing. At night you could hear people in the neighboring room talking, flushing the toilet, and using the shower. The plumbing was not in order, the upper shower was broken. There was no way to heat food. The kitchen only had plates and mugs, most of them not washed. The plumbing was not in order, the upper shower was broken. I wrote about the toilet seat issue, they said they would fix it, but nothing was done.

Comfortable bed, spacious room. Convenient location near the metro. The bathroom is terrible, missing the toilet plate, the sink had a blocked siphon. Old windows, no soundproofing.

“Lovely and comfortable.”

This was perfect for me because it was just around the corner from my friend who was staying in Rome for a month. It’s a little bit outside the centre but has a 24‑hour supermarket, an amazing bakery and pizza place, and a fabulous aqueduct park nearby. The shower leaked a bit, but that could be fixed easily by re‑sealing the bottom of the shower door.

“deludente”

Absolutely nothing. I mention that this is not the first time I use this place for my convenience. This time, however, I have to say everything was terrible: no cleaning at all, old bathroom linen, no breakfast—nothing to eat or drink, no privacy—one cannot even ask for the room door to be locked, someone entered, no assistance—I’m still waiting for a response to check in… in short, a real disappointment. I’ll look for another place nearby that’s essential for me when I go to Rome.

The location and price are good, but the check‑in process was slow; I’m still waiting for a reply on how to pick up the keys, and if it hadn’t been for a relative living nearby, I would have been clueless.
