Excellent hotel—very clean, and the staff at check‑in were welcoming and efficient.

The place was pretty clean, but the housekeepers missed cleaning rooms and the front desk staff were rude and clueless, offering only the answer “I DONT KNOW” to any question. They only had flavored coffee creamer, no regular. Tell the manager about this.
