The place is always spotless and cozy, and I can't think of anything to complain about.

The staff and the restaurant were fine, but the climate control kept failing—had to unplug and re‑plug the TV to get it working, and the bathroom floor was sticky.

The hotel is clean, safe, and well‑appointed, though the bathroom could use a refresh.
