“Precisam melhorar mais o atendimento com pessoas da terceira idade”

I liked the facilities and the location. The only staff member I dealt with was a woman who insisted I sleep on the top bed in the hostel room at all costs. I’m 60 and have some health issues, and she was inflexible. Another staff member eventually put me on the lower bed, which relieved me.

“Excelente ubicación y atención, pero con problemas de ruido”

The accommodation was new, impeccably clean, and organized. The staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. The soundproofing is terrible. At night there was a party right next to the bedroom, and the noise made it impossible to rest. This is a major issue that needs improvement, as it significantly affects the quality of the stay.
