“Pésimo servicio”
The reception was fine, but the service was terrible; even with a reservation I wasn’t given a room. I arrived with a reservation, they didn’t give me the room, blamed a system issue, and after I offered my card as a guarantee they still refused, offering no alternative or attempt to resolve anything.

The rooms were spotless, newly renovated, and super comfy.
I loved everything—staff were professional and helpful, rooms were huge and tidy, the area was quiet, and the location was convenient. Thanks!
