Inn on Main Annapolis

El Inn on Main sits right in the heart of Annapolis on Main Street, making it the best location for a stay. From there you can walk to almost every city attraction. Overall, the accommodation is very simple and, in our opinion, the photos make it look more attractive and well‑maintained than it actually is. Expect a basic, old‑school place that feels more like a small hostel than a hotel. The highlight is definitely the included breakfast at Chick & Ruth’s Delly, right below the Inn. It’s a local institution since 1965 with a fantastic, authentic, lively atmosphere and plenty of character. The breakfast is generous and worth the price. However, our experience with the rooms was quite disappointing. We booked two double rooms, and one was especially small: the bed was very narrow and practically against the wall, so it hardly qualifies as a true double room. The shower was also extremely small, and we could hear a lot of noise from the adjacent room.

The location is great, and the room is simple yet comfortable. The HVAC system was a little noisy.

“Fun stay in between days at the Renn Fest. Love this city!!!”

You can’t get any closer to the harbor. The shower is small, but otherwise the room is nice.

The setup is unique and convenient. I would have preferred a Queen bed instead of a full to give a bit more space.

I liked the spot—great location and a decent breakfast spread, and the place was spotless. The shower was cramped, and the hotel sits above a bustling deli, so it was tough to get the staff’s attention or even find the right person to talk to while they were busy serving customers.
