“Decepcionante”

It was disappointing that a hotel didn’t have a working TV in the room; the picture was awful, the channels had no sound, and worst of all, there was no front‑desk staff to resolve the issue.

“Muito bom, mas pode melhorar!”

The location was great, close to the highway, making it easy to keep traveling; I stayed in a large, quiet apartment with a comfortable mattress and a shower that had excellent pressure. However, my unit had a bathtub next to the shower but no enclosure or curtain, so the floor stayed very wet; there was only one small rug that wasn’t enough to dry the floor, a single tiny soap for showering and handwashing, worn and rough towels, a small TV with very poor picture quality, and these minor details could be improved to make the experience much better.
