Hampton Inn Commerce

The hotel was easily accessible, the beds were great, and the breakfast was excellent.

Everyone was nice and the location was close to a lot of things. The beds were very uncomfortable, but that’s the only bad thing I have to say.

Despite some initial reservations, our stay at this hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was remarkably quiet, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. However, there was one issue that stood out – the shower head was positioned extremely high, making it difficult to use.

“Nice comfortable stay”

Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the clean and friendly staff. The hotel's location was ideal, with restaurants and shopping facilities just a short walk away. However, I'm left wondering what the negative comments were about, as our experience was overwhelmingly positive.

“We overpaid for sure. Def not worth $200 a night”

While the hotel's location was a major plus, with shops and restaurants nearby, our stay was marred by several issues that left us feeling frustrated. The air conditioning didn't work properly, there was a bug in our room, and the bathroom light didn't function. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unhelpful in resolving these problems, which was disappointing.
