Beach front, close to the restaurants and massage. We wanted a local experience so didn't go to Hua Hin. Cha am is perfect for relaxing. Pool was good, close to the room. We stayed 6 nights so breakfast at Hotel gets repetitive but we enjoyed every meal

The Google TV was a highlight, but breakfast could have been better, and the coffee machine was broken both mornings.

The place was spotless, the rooms were spacious and worth the price, and it was quiet. It’s just a short walk to the beach, the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and a 7‑11 was close by.

The location is excellent and the room has a beautiful old‑Cambodian style. There were a few dust mites in the bed, but that was resolved the next day.

The pool is lovely and well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good. The place is clean, neat, and perfectly located right on the beach. We’ll come back.
