The place looked like a flop house, with cockroaches in the rooms and hallway, and the staff double‑charged my card.

The coffee machine was missing a filter. I had to log in ahead of time only to be asked for the same details again at the front desk, even though I checked in early to avoid a long wait at 1 AM.

They cancelled our reservation within an hour of our arrival.

Friendly, decent, comfortable. There weren’t enough washcloths.

Good price. The facility had a strong cigarette odor, and the bed was terrible.
