The spot’s location and vibe are spot on, plus the bar, restaurant, and chill area are great, and it’s just a stone’s throw from one of New England’s best beaches!

“Overpriced for what it is but amazing location right on the beach”

The place is in a great spot and the staff are friendly, and the bar is buzzing. The rooms feel cramped and a bit worn, the bathroom fan is noisy, one bedroom’s A/C rattles loudly, and two rooms have faulty units.

“Disappointed in general.”

The location is nice and the waitstaff are helpful, but the room is too small, the food is subpar, there are mice in the wall, the bathroom is poorly designed, there’s no closet, no elevator, and they claimed the reservation didn’t include breakfast.

Coffee was solid, but the heating unit’s fan motor needs fixing and the grinding noise is loud enough to disturb sleep; the bathroom only has a tiny glass shelf under the sink, everything else in the room is fine. The restaurant’s New York strip came with mashed potatoes and a spoonful of spinach, and my spouse’s meal was good.
