“報到時飯店方才發現還沒進系統排房，等待約15-20分鐘，入住後有發現地毯毛髮及肉眼可見的顆粒髒污，戶外躺椅區的椅墊套髒污未更換，在房間準備上較不用心，其於設施還算完善，部分工作人員態度不錯，有些導覽課可以了解在地相關史料，工作人員大部分態度”

There were some intellectual guided tours that helped me learn about local history, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly – the carpet still had hair and dirt.

The bathroom lighting was dim, the tiles looked old, and the cleaning could definitely be improved.

The staff were very attentive, yet I kept having to explain to the front desk that dinner wasn’t included in the room rate and asked them to note it in the system for future stays.

“Disappointing, not a 5 star, poor communication on opening times.”

Nice spot by the river, great walk, and a lovely view of the hills and greenery. The hotel felt dirty; hallway carpeting by the rooms needs serious cleaning. I chose this place mainly to use the public hot springs to ease leg pain, but they shut them down without telling us until 6:00 pm, even though we planned to use them in the morning before the 11:00 am checkout. If they had informed us earlier, we would have used them the night before.
